Narrow allow
One download directory if Android still offers it. Not media, contacts, and “all files” together. Saving an APK may need a folder; it does not need your camera roll.
If the starred bingo page listed permissions, compare that list to what the APK actually requests. Extra items that are not on the page fail this desk.
After you allowed too much
Revoke storage and photos in Android settings. Then open the starred host in the browser and confirm the name before any GCash send.
If the next screen after Allow is Deposit with no password, uninstall. That is not the named path you wanted.

Do not hunt a “permission unlock” file in the same Telegram thread that sent the first APK.
Age
Under 21: do not grant storage to a gambling APK. Uninstall and close it. Looking at a prompt is not a reason to tap Allow.
Some bingo landers say 18+. Notes here still use 21+, including sideload screens you opened by mistake.
